In the opening sequence, an MI6 agent (not 007) who is keeping tabs on Mr. Big’s criminal operation is surprised by a funeral procession…and it’s his own funeral. Creepy.

The Best Line
Harlem crime lord Mr. Big orders his goons to “take this honky out and waste him.” Bond’s too cool to panic and simply replies, “Is that a good thing?”

Bond skids, swerves, and shoots his way out of an enemy infested parking garage using a remote control to drive his Beamer from the backseat.

The Best Line
Bond, while getting a “special lesson” from his language tutor, remarks, “I always enjoy learning a new tongue.”

Bond has had some sweet rides, but his new Lotus doubles as a submarine. James, you have it all sir.

The Best Line
007 calmly tells his Russian lover that he killed her ex-boyfriend. She replies in an equally calm tone, “When this mission is over, I will kill you.” Watch your back buddy.

The Stand-out Scene
Bond is infiltrating a Japanese stronghold, when he is attacked by a sumo-like henchman. Bond proceeds to whoop his ass. With a couch.

The Best Line
This installment has an uncomfortable amount of racist moments, but sometimes it’s just funny. 007’s first line is “Why do Chinese girls taste different from all other girls?” He goes on to compare her to Peking duck. Only James Bond can get away with that.

James Bond can kill a man with anything. He does it with particular style here, when he plows over a baddie with a Zamboni, sending him across the ice and into the net. And the crowd goes wild!

The Best Line
Bond: “Now put your clothes back on and I’ll buy you an ice cream.”
